Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to join our team in EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs, as well as overseeing logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs, and design and implement logistics plans that align with business objectives.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the right amount of stock is available to meet customer demands without excessive surplus, and implement inventory control procedures and monitor adherence.
  • Procurement: Oversee the procurement of goods and services from suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes and tracking systems.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze data from shipping and delivery processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and prepare reports on logistics performance metrics.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all supply chain and logistics operations comply with laws and regulations, and develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field, and a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, with proven experience in managing supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., INFOR, SAP, Oracle, or similar), strong understanding of logistics and inventory management principles, and ability to analyze and interpret data to make strategic decisions.
