We are seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Engineer to join our team at Castle Employment Agency Ltd. As a Mobile Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring plant availability and providing essential engineering support across all our UK facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant Maintenance: Conduct regular PPM services to meet operational demands and ensure all plant assets are maintained.
  • Machine Malfunction Rectification: Diagnose and correct machine malfunctions to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
  • Property Maintenance: Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including workshops and storage facilities.
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments prior to any engineering activity and ensure adherence to safe systems of work.
  • Training & Development: Provide engineering training to new starters and apprentices, and oversee large installations and machine relocations.
  • Workload Management: Ensure all maintenance workloads are managed efficiently, with regular communication to resolve issues quickly.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Implement company Health and Safety policies and manage contractor activities.
