About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Excelcare Holdings' Abbots Care Home in Harlow, Essex. As a UK Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with our experienced team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication and monitor the care team's practice, adhering to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans and risk assessments, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care.
  • Engage with residents in meaningful activities, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
  • Work collaboratively with the Deputy Manager and other nurses to ensure seamless care delivery.

  • Competitive salary up to £56,409 per annum, with opportunities for annual salary reviews.

Requirements
  • A valid UK NMC Pin number and understanding of regulatory frameworks - NMC and CQC.
  • Passion for working with older people and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
