Regional Branch Lead

Job Summary:
Selwood is seeking an experienced Apprentice Branch Manager to join our team and contribute to our success as a leading pump rental solutions company in the UK.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business management, leadership, and team coaching. They will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, supporting a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring security of Company assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review area performance with managers, customers, and internal departments using KPIs.
- Maximise returns from hire fleet assets by reviewing equipment and transport use.
- Ensure security of Company assets within designated areas of responsibility.
- Report data to the Board as required.
- Analyse data using Microsoft Packages (Excel, Word, Outlook).
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum.
- Company car or car allowance.
- Eligible for annual and quarterly bonus schemes.

- 25 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays.
