We are seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Engineer to join our team at Lucas Kennedy Group in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide server hardware break/fix support and problem resolution
  • Identify complex issues and escalate to senior support engineers
  • Work with a range of server hardware platforms, including Windows, Linux, and Solaris
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data centre operations

Requirements:

  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Server break/fix experience
  • Good knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Solaris
  • Working experience with Oracle/Sun HW, Remote Access Cards, and HP/DELL/IBM servers
  • CompTia A+/Server+ certifications are a plus
  • HP/Dell/IBM certifications are a plus
