About the Role
The Registered Domiciliary Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality personal care services to our service users. This role requires a strong understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to our services, as well as excellent budgeting, business management, and commercial skills.

- Develop and implement business plans to grow the care team and services
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient operation
