About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Acute Rehabilitation and Trauma Unit (ARTU) team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals with complex and severe injuries.

Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in our ARTU, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualised care to patients with traumatic injuries and complex rehabilitation needs
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
