About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to live independently in their own homes. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Escorting and assisting customers in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
- Supporting our Person-Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive hourly rate, with an enhancement of £1 per hour for hours worked between 10pm and 7am Monday to Friday and weekend days from 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday. You will also receive an excellent training and induction programme, as well as the opportunity to work with a dedicated and passionate team.
