Overview:

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in planning and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves nationwide projects, and flexible hybrid working options are available.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct planning history searches and prepare planning appraisals for various projects.
  2. Attend site visits to assess planning requirements and participate in project meetings.
  3. Draft and prepare planning submission documents, including pre-application letters/statements, planning statements, and appeal statements.
  4. Manage post-decision applications, including discharging and varying planning conditions.
Salary and Benefits:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Requirements:
