Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to work in a dual role as a Safeguarding and Attendance Officer & Learning Manager within our academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving forward attendance strategies, improving attendance levels, and reducing persistent absence in line with academy targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor students' academic and behavioural progress
  • Identify children who may need intervention and recognise any barriers to learning
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure all safeguarding procedures are in place
