Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to create a positive shop atmosphere and drive customer loyalty
  • Ensure company-wide campaigns are effectively promoted to customers
  • Process bets, settle transactions, and provide accurate payment to winning customers
  • Monitor competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Take all necessary steps to provide a safe working environment
  • Deputize for the Branch Manager in their absence
Requirements
  • You will thrive in a fast-paced, flexible team environment and enjoy interacting with customers
  • Strong numeracy skills and cash handling experience
  • Excellent personal presentation and timekeeping
