Job Title: Retail Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Jenningsbet. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience, promoting company-wide campaigns, and ensuring the smooth operation of our betting shop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with customers to create a welcoming and inclusive shop atmosphere
  • Effectively promote company-wide campaigns to our customers
  • Process bets, settle transactions, and provide accurate payment to winning customers
  • Monitor competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment
  • Deputise for the Branch Manager in their absence
Requirements:
  • You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with customers
  • Strong numeracy skills and experience with cash handling
  • Excellent personal presentation and time management skills
