SourceCo Recruitment is seeking x5 Driver Mates to join our dynamic team.

Job Requirements

This role involves working closely with drivers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.

You will be responsible for assisting with the loading and unloading of goods, including heavy lifting into customers' homes.

Key Information
  • Working Hours: 0530-1530, Monday to Friday
  • Estimated Salary: £10.42 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities

As a Driver Mate, you will:

  • Load and unload goods from vehicles
  • Assist drivers with deliveries and collections
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Good physical health and stamina, as heavy lifting is involved
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
