We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our healthcare provider in London, dedicated to delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. They will lead a team of healthcare professionals, develop and implement clinical policies, drive quality improvement initiatives, and provide expert clinical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of clinical staff, ensuring their development and well-being.
  • Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, implementing quality improvement initiatives where necessary.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Keep up to date with the latest advancements in healthcare to ensure the organisation continues to lead in clinical excellence.

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A valid Registered Nurse qualification and NMC registration.
  • Experience in a clinical leadership role, with a proven track record of managing teams and improving clinical standards.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical governance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary
The salary for this position is £23 per hour.
