Specialist Physiotherapist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Specialist Physiotherapist to join our North Cornwall Integrated Therapy team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with complex conditions, working in a variety of settings, including community hospitals and patients' homes.
Main Responsibilities- Provide advanced assessments and diagnoses of patients with complex presentations, formulating treatment plans and delivering evidence-based care.
- Lead and supervise support staff and junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Contribute to the planning and development of physiotherapy services, ensuring alignment with the Trust's strategic objectives.
- Model and deliver exceptional clinical care, working autonomously and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
- Support the community rehabilitation and reablement model, promoting a 'one workforce' culture across services, settings, and sectors.
