About the Job:

  • Assist teachers in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring students' unique needs are met and goals are achieved.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver engaging and accessible learning activities, promoting academic progress and social skills.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience working with children with SEN, preferably in a school setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a generous salary of $43,000 - $48,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and opportunities for professional growth and development.
