About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our residential team, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of residential staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice in residential care.
  • Work closely with other teams, including our assessment and therapy teams, to ensure a seamless service delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in social care or a related field.
  • Significant experience of working in a residential care setting, with a focus on children's services.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, service users, and their families.
