Support Worker for Autism Specific Service

Community Integrated Care is a multi award-winning charity that enriches the lives of people with various care needs. As a Support Worker for our autism specific service, you will be part of a dedicated team providing 1:1 support to individuals with autism, promoting their independence and wellbeing.

You will be responsible for delivering person-centred support, working closely with families and significant others to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have patience, empathy, and a strong work ethic, with the ability to form positive relationships with our clients and their families. You will be committed to ongoing training and professional development, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge to provide tailored support.
The role will involve working flexible hours, including days, evenings, and waking nights, with close transport links to local amenities. About the Service
Dillington Mews is an autism specific supported living service comprising six individual flats, each with its own apartment. Our clients live independently, with the support of our dedicated team, promoting their autonomy and choice. We provide a safe and supportive environment, empowering our clients to make their own decisions and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred support to individuals with autism, promoting their independence and wellbeing.
