About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Systems Auditor to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover. As an Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the adequacy of our quality management system through risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct IATF:16949 internal audits across the Global Manufacturing Engineering function to evaluate the effectiveness of our quality management system.
  • Provide cross-functional support for pre, during, and post CQ and UTAC Audits.
  • Ensure documented processes, standards, and customer-specific requirements are being achieved by observing and interviewing those working within the processes.
  • Create audit reports on findings and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
  • Assist in the resolution of any disagreement or interpretation of audit findings and non-compliance notes.
  • Verify corrective actions and countermeasures to ensure compliance to IATF 16949.
  • Validate evidence submissions against any non-conformances.
Requirements
  • IATF 16949:2016 Lead auditor certified.
  • Experience of internal manufacturing audits.
  • The ability to identify areas for improvement and to recommend solutions.
  • Logical thinker with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Confidence in presenting to an audience of all levels/grades.
