Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Game Director to work closely with our Game Director to achieve strategic design objectives on our upcoming AAA Battle Royale game, Off The Grid.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Game Director and team leadership to set the overall vision and direction for the project.
  • Direct the design team in creating epic game experiences that align with the vision.
  • Work with the Game Director to ensure the game design meets the established vision.
  • Communicate quality and content expectations regularly to the design team.
  • Coordinate first-level validations for produced elements based on the game designer's vision.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience as a game designer or in a relevant role, including experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven ability to guide and inspire large development teams and analyze designs at a project level.
  • Experience supervising a team of game designers is an asset.
  • Experience with multiple shipped AAA titles in a leadership role is highly preferred.
