Job Title: Automotive Recruitment Specialist

FIND | Creating Futures is seeking a skilled Automotive Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a specialist staffing business, we service the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship markets across the UK.

About the Role:

We are representing the leading provider of Automotive training in the UK, who are looking for a Recruiter to join their team on a 12 month FTC. The sole purpose of this role will be to recruit learners onto our client's Automotive Level 2-3 apprenticeships.

You do not need to be an expert in Automotive, as this is a purely recruitment-focused role, with no sales or business development required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Co-ordinate and deliver Retailer's apprentice recruitment requirements.
  2. Conduct apprentice telephone interviews.
  3. Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  4. Support with the promotion of our client's apprenticeship programmes and vacancies with outside agencies, such as schools and colleges.
  5. Support with the implementation of programme process improvements.
  6. Contribute to the overall team performance, adhering to set annual targets and managing performance accordingly.
  7. Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference.
  8. Comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Requirements:

We are looking for a flexible, adaptable and professional individual with:

  • Good knowledge of recruitment systems and Microsoft standard packages, e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Empathy with young people and a desire to assist them achieve their career and learning aspirations.
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving performance targets.
  • Experience in a recruitment or resourcing role.
