About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager to lead our Contemporary Womenswear department at Selfridges. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with concession partners to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with trading standards, health and safety legislation, and store operating procedures.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct regular floor walks and checks to maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
About You
