We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to join our team at Advanced Resource Managers Limited. As a Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing engineering support to our clients and ensuring the achievement of their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the link between Engineering and Manufacturing, ensuring co-design solutions that meet industrial system requirements while maintaining an engineering and customer perspective.
  • Support the design definition and communicate industrial requirements to the wider engineering community.
  • Provide proactive product improvement to reduce Recurring Costs, Non-Recurring Costs, and Non-Conformance's throughout the SA & WB value stream.
  • Provide 'lineside' build support and act as the focal point for any Engineering topics within the Wing Plant CDTs, including root cause analysis investigations into all abnormalities arising from design queries.
  • Support initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness through the application of methods, tools, processes, and/or other capability improvements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex engineering problems and develop effective solutions.
