Food Production Team Members

Quest Employment is seeking skilled individuals to fill Production Line Picker positions in our client's food production team.
In this role, you will be responsible for selecting and packing food produce items accurately and efficiently from the production line. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Picking and packing food produce items according to specifications and quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Accurately recording picking data and maintaining logs as required.
- Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, ability to work well in a team, and commitment to quality. You must also be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. This is a Monday to Friday role with shifts varying from 6am starts to 9am starts – 8 hour shifts. The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £28,000 per year, depending on experience.
