Surrey, United Kingdom Superior Healthcare Full time
Senior Nursing Role in Complex Care

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Care Team Lead, specializing in complex care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will oversee the high-quality care for clients with complex needs in Surrey.

About Us:

Superior Healthcare is a specialist complex care at home provider, offering a full nurse-led service for children, young people, and adults living with long-term health conditions. Our passion for quality and personalized care has earned us a reputation as a trusted partner in healthcare.

The Role:

As a Care Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a small caseload of complex care clients, ensuring that their care plans are developed and implemented effectively. You will work holistically with clinical excellence, building strong relationships with clients, families, and their care teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing person-centered care plans and providing guidance on their implementation
  • Conducting staff supervision, audits, and case management duties to ensure high-quality care
  • Participating in 24-hour service teams, undertaking nursing shifts when required to meet client needs
  • Carrying out disciplinary and reflective practice meetings to maintain a positive working environment
  • Liaising with the wider care team, including MDTs, to ensure seamless client care
  • Conducting competency assessments with new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with the registered manager and wider care team to achieve exceptional client outcomes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a valid NMC PIN, have experience supporting adults and children, and possess a minimum of three years' post-registration experience. You should also have experience in providing community-based care, ideally in complex care settings such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, and ventilators.

What We Offer:

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately £56,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a company car, generous travel expenses, time back in lieu, and paid overtime for weekend work. You will also have access to thorough paid training and supported induction, annual paid refreshers, and ongoing CPD-training and clinical supervision to support revalidation requirements.

Join Our Team:

If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, please get in touch to learn more about this opportunity. We look forward to hearing from you
