About the Role

The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst plays a vital role in our Group FP&A team, working closely with high-level stakeholders across the business and other finance team members to inform strategic decision-making. Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A within the Group Finance function, located at our UK-based Head Office, you will contribute significantly to the company's success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of FP&A in preparing consolidated Group budgets and short-term forecasts, managing submissions from multiple business divisions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for divisional finance teams during planning processes, providing guidance and challenge where necessary.
  • Assist in producing budget and forecast presentations for the Board, investors, and banking syndicate.
  • Monitor and track performance against budget, identifying key trends, variances, and areas for improvement, producing financial reports and presentations to update the Senior Management Team.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required, supporting the management team, finance team, and board reporting.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent experience with proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Industry experience in FP&A, Group or Commercial Finance is highly desirable.
  • Advanced Excel skills and expertise in building robust financial models are essential.

Salary Estimate: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
