Quality Inspector Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure that components, assemblies, and documentation meet our high product and packaging standards. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in supporting the value stream delivery teams to meet customer commitments, contributing to continuous improvements in our manufacturing and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspection and Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of components, assemblies, and documentation at various stages of production, ensuring compliance with required specifications.
  • Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, product manufacturing, and packaging activities.
  • Equipment Calibration and Maintenance: Ensure the correct calibration of measuring equipment and appraise new measuring techniques and equipment for cost-effectiveness.
  • Client and Subcontractor Liaison: Collaborate with clients and witnessing authorities to meet contract requirements and support process review activities at subcontractor facilities.
  • ISO Compliance and Health and Safety: Adhere to work standard instructions in line with HCPI ISO 45001 accreditation and ensure compliance with company environmental, health, and safety standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail in inspecting products and documentation.
  • Collaborative Skills: Ability to work effectively with quality, operations, and external teams.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in using and calibrating measuring equipment.
  • Record Keeping and Problem Solving: Strong skills in maintaining accurate inspection records and a proactive approach to addressing and assisting with quality issues.
