Whether addressing minor cosmetic damage or significant collision repairs, our client's extensive network of repair centers offers a comprehensive range of services utilizing modern repair methodologies to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring meticulous care and pride in every repair.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently plan your workload to meet agreed timelines.
- Perform tasks skillfully and safely under pressure.
- Execute work in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate effectively within a team while also demonstrating initiative with minimal supervision.
- Maintain flexibility in your work approach.
- Consistently uphold high standards with a focus on customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks comply with Health and Safety regulations, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
While our client prefers candidates with MET experience in a bodyshop setting, they are also open to considering Level 3 qualified vehicle technicians seeking a career change.
Requirements
As an experienced ATA MET, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting all necessary mechanical and bodywork on assigned vehicles.
- Dismantling vehicles in preparation for the panel shop.
- Performing inspections, fault finding, and diagnostic assessments.
- Ordering replacement parts as needed.
- Reassembling vehicles with new components to restore them to pre-accident condition.
