Echo Cardiography Technologist

The Vein and Vascular Institute is seeking a talented Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As an Echo Cardiography Technologist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through diagnostic imaging procedures.

The successful candidate will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients, utilizing their expertise in echocardiography to determine accurate cardiac function, anatomy, and physiology flow parameters.

• Perform echocardiographic diagnostic procedures with expertise in utilizing various equipment.
• Conduct studies of consistently high quality utilizing special skills according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.

• Completion of a two-year Allied Health degree and successful completion of a 12-month CAAHEP-approved School of Ultrasound Technology, or Cardiovascular Technology, or equivalent education.
• Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate competency on current practice of echocardiography: cognitive, technical, interpersonal, and communication skills necessary for the performance of adult, geriatric, adolescent echocardiography.
