We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Manager to lead our Safeguarding and Wellbeing team. As a key member of our Children's Social Care team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective safeguarding strategies, working closely with colleagues and partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.

As a Team Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families in Oldham. You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working together to achieve our vision of creating brighter futures for all.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the Safeguarding and Wellbeing team
  • Developing and implementing effective safeguarding strategies
  • Working closely with colleagues and partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families
  • Managing and developing the team to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
