Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Integrated Service Supervisor to join our team at NHS Scotland. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for supervising staff to ensure that patient areas, clinical and non-clinical departments, offices, and administration areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and allocate staff resources to ensure efficient cleaning services
- Audit services to ensure compliance with NHS national standards of cleanliness
- Input payroll information and manage staff training
- Liaise with service users and department leads to ensure effective communication
- Carry out cleaning tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
