Job Title: Hotel Sales Director

Arecibo People is seeking a skilled Hotel Sales Director to join our team. As a dynamic and ambitious professional, you will be responsible for driving sales in the MICE sector for our 4-star country house hotel. Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop and execute a strong sales strategy to maximise new business opportunities across various market segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and actively manage existing and prospective accounts within the region, striving for overall account growth and achieving new business sales targets.
  • Plan and execute campaigns to generate new business prospects in the region.
  • Stay informed about market trends in both our client's portfolio and regional competitor hotels to identify advantages and secure market share.
  • Identify, plan, and proactively represent our client at industry-specific events and regional networking opportunities.
  • Consistently exceed client expectations through delivery of a high-quality sales service.
  • Achieve all agreed-upon targets and KPIs.


Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
