Job Title: Child Development Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Child Development Specialist to join our team at Best Practice Network Limited. As an Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will play a vital role in shaping the early years of children's lives, supporting their development, and helping them reach their full potential.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education, and a passion for working with young children. You should also be flexible, creative, and able to work well as part of a team.

About the Training:
You will be completing an Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship, which is a 18-month course that combines on-the-job training with theoretical learning. Upon successful completion, you will be awarded a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship, NCFE Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (EYE), and a Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid or Emergency Paediatric First Aid.

About the Salary:
The salary for this role starts at £6.40 per hour and increases to at least the national minimum wage after the first year. The expected duration of this course is 18 months on a full-time basis.
