Job Title: Nursery Manager

Job Summary:

Blom and Blom is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team of childcare professionals in providing exceptional care and education to young children. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years
  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and education
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, making recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum level 3 qualification in Childcare, such as EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or recognized equivalent
  • Minimum 18 months nursery management experience
  • Up-to-date knowledge of EYFS framework and regulations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
  • Ability to identify priorities and meet outcomes
