We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sterile Services Technician to join our team at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. As a key member of our Sterile Services department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective processing of surgical instruments and equipment.
Main Responsibilities
- Liaise with service users to ensure their needs are met and provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leaders to ensure seamless workflow and collaboration.
- Collect and process used surgical instruments and equipment, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
- Develop expertise in surgical instruments and their use, with the ability to dismantle and reassemble them as required.
