Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Marketing and Development Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Marketing and Development Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing and development activities.

Marketing Responsibilities
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including print and digital content, social media posts, and email communications.
  • Oversee the content entry for our website and social media platforms, ensuring that all show pages are up-to-date and relevant content is showcased.
  • Monitor and engage with public interaction on social media platforms, working closely with the Marketing and Development Manager.
  • Liaise with community hirers to provide support and guidance on marketing activities.
Development Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for prospective enquiries, providing information and support to potential donors and members.
  • Support the Marketing and Development Manager in account-managing supporters, ensuring exceptional customer service and delivery of agreed benefits.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to maintain administrative, marketing, and customer service standards.
  • Support the organization in hosting and attending functions, ensuring effective liaison with all departments.

Additional Information

This is a part-time position, working 22.5 hours per week. The working pattern is negotiable. The salary is £13,962 per annum (pro-rata of £22,959).
