About the Role

The Strategic Remediation & Control Office – VP is a critical role within Deutsche Bank, requiring a highly skilled professional to lead Transformation and Remediation efforts. This includes overseeing programs that drive business improvement, risk mitigation, and compliance enhancement across multiple lines of defence.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join the Financial Crimes and Compliance change assurance team and contribute to the Bank's transformation journey. You will work closely with global Businesses, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Audit teams to ensure alignment of project portfolios with groupwide strategic priorities.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement remediation plans to address control gaps and weaknesses, ensuring effective and sustainable outcomes.
  • Analyze and identify issues impacting business operations, providing recommendations for remedial actions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain knowledge on financial crime-related matters.
  • Design and execute testing frameworks to assess remediation delivery and outcomes, aligning with regulatory expectations.

Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum
