Job Title: Senior Technical Architect


About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Architect to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to drive the delivery of complex projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical architectures for large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate technical risks, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical leadership and architecture roles, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies, including AWS, and experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong technical skills in Java, backend development, and cloud architecture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
