Work Summary:

As a Process Technician with Arla Foods, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the production of high-quality dairy products. This role involves operating state-of-the-art machinery, generating ideas for process improvements, and implementing solutions to ensure efficient and safe production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a healthy, inclusive, and safe work environment.
  • Support Continuous Improvement through the use of Lean Tools.
  • Follow departmental KPIs, minimizing, managing, and reporting losses.
  • Operate machines and processing equipment using operating interfaces.
  • Identify and address the root cause of problems.
  • Run the department's processes and resolve process failures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Actively participate in the development and optimization of washing processes.
  • Ensure awareness of and compliance with quality and food safety requirements within your area of responsibility.
  • Apply procedures and instructions regarding food safety (HACCP).
  • Determine pass/fail criteria for products and handle nonconforming products.
  • Manage product recipes, article numbers, and additives, including understanding their functions.
