Job Title: Adult Safeguarding Co-ordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safeguarding Manager to lead our safeguarding team and ensure the well-being of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
  • Lead and manage the safeguarding team, providing guidance, training, and support to staff.
  • Act as the key point of contact for safeguarding concerns, liaising with external agencies and coordinating support for students and families.
  • Conduct risk assessments and maintain accurate and confidential records.
  • Promote a culture of safeguarding across the academy, including delivering training sessions and workshops.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a safeguarding role within an educational or similar setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of safeguarding legislation, policies, and best practices.
  • Relevant qualifications and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
