As a successful Branch Manager at Screwfix, you will have a proven track record of managing teams, driving sales, and improving profitability. You will be passionate about retail and have excellent business management skills. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues will be essential in creating a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve outstanding results.
  • Drive sales growth by overseeing budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, stock management, and improving profits.
  • Make your store a great place to be for both your team and customers by creating a unique personality for your branch.
  • Support the area's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as part of a wider team of Branch Managers.
