We are a renowned provider of innovative electronic warfare solutions, with a team of over 60 experts from diverse backgrounds, including engineers, scientists, and ex-military personnel.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a System Design and Implementation Specialist in Farnborough, GU14. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting new capabilities within our state-of-the-art test and evaluation facility.

Your Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to gather stakeholder use cases and create requirements specifications (URD & SRDs). This role requires strong expertise in Model Based Systems Engineering (UML/SysML/Archimate) and the ability to provide ongoing support and continuous assistance during deployment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is up to £62,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Essential Criteria

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • A UK National, eligible to work and live in the UK and to undergo and maintain appropriate UK government DV Security Clearance.
  • Familiar with the Engineering Delivery Lifecycle.
  • Possessing previous ex-Military experience with EW systems (operator, maintenance, support, or acquisition).
