We are currently seeking a highly skilled Civil Design Engineer (Water) to join our Water Consultancy business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design services to our water industry clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wastewater networks and/or clean water networks, with experience in optioneering, outline, and detailed design expertise. You will be working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of water project experts on a range of capital delivery projects.

Your responsibilities will include creating outline and detailed design drawings, generating concise and well-organised design calculations, reports, drawings, and other deliverables. You will also collaborate with contractors, the supply chain, and various project stakeholders.

We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the water industry. If you have a strong technical design background, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality design services to our water industry clients
  • Work on a range of capital delivery projects, including optioneering, outline, and detailed design
  • Collaborate with contractors, the supply chain, and various project stakeholders
  • Mentor and provide support for the professional development of graduate engineers

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Demonstrated proficiency in technical design across multiple disciplines within project environments
  2. Good grasp and working knowledge of relevant British Standards, UK Industry Codes of Practice, and Water Specifications
