We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and a passion for delivering high-quality education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting
- Assisting with lesson planning and delivery
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, teachers, and other support staff
- Providing individualized support to children with SEN
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN
- Team Teach Qualification (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
