WatchHouse is a group of specialty coffee houses located in iconic neighborhoods across London, Bath, and New York.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team. This is a popular restaurant serving some of the best coffee in London alongside beautiful brunch dishes.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team.
  • As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class experience to every customer who walks through our doors.
  • You will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive impression of WatchHouse.
  • You will work closely with our management team to ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • You will be responsible for supervising a team of staff and will be required to provide guidance and support to ensure that they are able to deliver excellent customer service.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service and will be required to deal with any customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You will be required to maintain a high level of attention to detail and will be required to be able to work accurately and efficiently.
  • You will be required to be able to work in a team environment and will be required to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • You will be required to be able to adapt to changing circumstances and will be required to be able to think on your feet.
