About the Role
We are seeking a Part-time overnight crew member to join our team at McDonald's. This role involves working between the hours of 10pm and 6am, with a 30-minute leeway either side.

The Job
As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant. This will involve preparing food, serving on the till, and being out in the dining areas looking after our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, fast and accurate service to customers
- Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction
- FOLLOW all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures
- Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have effective communication skills, be able to maintain high energy levels whilst working efficiently and productively, and have a genuine smile, enthusiasm, and energy. You will also be required to work well as part of a team and be able to connect with customers and make them feel valued.
