About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Newly Qualified Registered Nurses to join our team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. As a Newly Qualified Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and developing your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high standard of nursing care to patients, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating programs of patient care.
  • Work closely with the department/ward manager and multi-disciplinary team members to monitor and maintain policies, standards of nursing care, staff, and service development within the department/ward environment.
  • Carry out all relevant forms of care under supervision and, when proficient, demonstrate procedures of care; supervise junior qualified and/or unqualified staff, including student nurses, while maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse with the NMC or working towards.
  • Ability to use computers and software such as Word/Excel or the equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
