About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Hospitality Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality hospitality services across our portfolio of homes in Cornwall and South West England.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of cost-effective, standardized hospitality services, driving business efficiencies, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Your additional responsibilities will include monitoring income and expenditure, conducting quality assurance reviews, and managing the performance, development, and training of kitchen and domestic staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective hospitality strategies to drive business growth and improve resident satisfaction
  2. Monitor and control costs, ensuring value for money and compliance with internal and external standards
  3. Standardize hospitality services across all homes, ensuring consistency and quality
  4. Manage and develop kitchen and domestic staff, providing training and support to ensure excellent service delivery
  5. Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
