Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering inclusive and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Developing and implementing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) to promote student progress.
- Maintaining accurate records of student performance and progress.
What You'll Need:
- A degree in Special Educational Needs or a related field.
- QTS/QTLS or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience working with students with severe SEN and PMLD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
