About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Practice Excellence Lead to join our team and drive excellence in practice operations and patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in practice management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for veterinary care. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance practice performance and growth, while fostering a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance practice performance and growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners to promote business development and revenue growth.
  • Manage financial planning and budgeting, ensuring efficient resource allocation and effective cost management.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development among team members.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and patient care, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in practice management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as veterinary medicine or business administration.
